Items are returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery Insured. Items Under 500£ must be insured to a maximum of 500£. Items over 500£ must be insured for the maximum amount, which currently is 2500£.

For international buyers ship with DHL or other curriers that offers tracking and insurance -parcel must be insured to full value of item-.

Merchandise will be available for refund, or exchange -excluding shipping costs- providing it is returned in the same condition as when purchased, within 30 days of the date of purchase and accompanied by the original packaging.

If items returned will be damaged, broken or altered they will not be accepted for a refund.
