INTEREST FREE LAYAWAY or PAYMENT PLAN for our customers that do purchases over £50 (excluding shipping).
Layaway plans are a way for our clients to purchase a more expensive item and pay for it, every week,two weeks or in monthly payments.
The seller holds the item(s) so that others cannot purchase them, but the seller will not ship the items until the purchase is paid in full.
The customer agrees to make weekly, bi-weekly or monthly instalment payments over a 30 or 60 days plan.
A down payment of minimum 20 % of the price is required or 50£.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Choose the item(s) you want to purchase and let us know!
The item(s) will be put on hold for you.
We will work out an individual layaway plan that works for you.
When decided how many payments will be made, we will publish the first LAYAWAY listing and additional listings for you, for the amount of the down payment and following payments. Please make sure you FAVOURITE these listings.
All listings will give the details of the item(s) and the amounts and dates of due payments.
You will have -one week- after a missed payment to get in touch with us. Let us know if your circumstances change! After this week your layaway will be void and your down payment will become store credit.
All layaways are *non-refundable*. If the customer decides they do not want the item the down payment becomes store credit.
Please note, there are no returns on items purchased through layaway.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Privacy policy
We accept returned goods under the following terms:
The buyer has contacted us via email or telephone within 14 days of purchase to let us know he would like a refund.
Items are returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery Insured. Items Under 500£ must be insured to a maximum of 500£. Items over 500£ must be insured for the maximum amount, which currently is 2500£.
For international buyers ship with DHL or other curriers that offers tracking and insurance -parcel must be insured to full value of item-.
Merchandise will be available for refund, or exchange -excluding shipping costs- providing it is returned in the same condition as when purchased, within 30 days of the date of purchase and accompanied by the original packaging.
If items returned will be damaged, broken or altered they will not be accepted for a refund.
